Having supported over 300 births, I am experienced in adapting to the unique needs of each family.

My primary goal as your doula is to ensure you feel heard, respected, and cared for. I hold space, provide information, and gently press pause if things begin to feel rushed or overwhelming.

You are more invested than anyone else in your own story; I trust the wisdom you carry and aim to quieten external noise so you can carve out the path that feels right for you.
